Shipping Policy
At The Thrifty Mountaineer, we're committed to getting your order packed carefully and on its way as quickly as possible. Every order is packed with care right here in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, festivals, holidays, or special events, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some original apparel and specialty items are made especially for you after your order is placed. These products may ship separately and require additional production time before they are shipped.
If your order contains both in-stock and print-on-demand items, you may receive multiple shipments.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier. Weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Thrifty Mountaineer is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at thethriftymountaineer@gmail.com. We'll gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
